Oh Dolores, your cards are fantastic. Thank you so much for letting me know you participated. I'm so sorry about inlinkz. You are in the drawing.
Can I ask where you got the adorable penguin stamp in the challenge #4 card?

Hey Dolores it's me again. I'm so excited- Sandy just sent me a new code for the inlinkz button and this one works. If you don't mind would you try to repost your card. The button is on the newer post I did today.
I am such a dingbat= I just noticed your last name. You must be related to Sandy...yes?

You have really been busy doing so many challenges! These are great! I need to make some time to play with some of these challenges since yours have turned out so wonderful! I love your coloring, but it doesn't look like watercolor. What did you use? I love the papers you used with these cards. Great colors from the red, white and blue to the everyday selections. I noticed that you used white paper inside of the kraft cardstock to make it easier to read the soldier's writing. My daughter would usually write in pencil, so even though kraft is a light color, it would still be hard to read without the white insert.

Well, we finally got some relief from the heat in Colorado this past week. It finally dipped low enough for me to turn off the AC for the first time in almost two months! It finally rained here. Unfortunately, it rained almost an inch in one day which is normally what we would get all summer. Needless to say, we had some flooding problems but nothing like what you guys had out east. We had 34 days in a row with over 90 degree temps, so I'm loving this change. My poor flowers didn't fare so well on the heat, but it was nice to have some color by my place for once.
